5 commits | 169,553 LOC | 65 test files | 12.8h autonomous
After 133+ rounds of Socratic interviews to reduce ambiguity to 0.05, generated 144 files + 65 test files in a single generation. A Discord bot scores room cleanliness with GPT-4o Vision and assigns chores.

76 commits | 45,522 LOC | 7h continuous autonomous
Built once then intentionally reset, preserving only the OMX harness and regenerating. Completed 21 User Stories in 7 hours of continuous autonomous execution. A Live2D character emotionally reports progress.

86 commits | 8,483 LOC | Golden test 53/53 | $0.55
After 1 seed commit, the agent performed 85 commits fully autonomously. Former Banksalad CTO experience reflected in cost optimization—completed at $0.55 API cost.

Key Findings
HOTL Proof
1st and 2nd place completed 100% autonomously by AI. Never wore a lobster crawl (human intervention).
Design > Coding
1st and 2nd place built their own harness open-source. Builders with their own perspective won.
Collaboration, not competition
When teams wore a lobster crawl, others helped hands-on. The start of networking building the AI ecosystem together.

Testimonials
“AI coded all night and people slept at the Airbnb. First place wrote a whopping 100,000 lines of code. Not humans—AI did it automatically overnight.”
정구봉
Host, Team Attention
“7 hours, 100,000 lines of code, 70,000 lines of tests. While we were chatting and sleeping at the accommodation, Ouroboros produced over 100,000 lines of code.”
이재규
1st Place, Ouroboros
“The role of builders and developers is shifting from practitioners to designers. Harness engineering is about designing seatbelts and reins so the wild horse of AI doesn't run amok but reaches its destination safely.”
장동욱
Director, Kakao Ventures
“The scale was small, but the experiments inside were anything but small. I truly felt that vibe coding is now 100% real skill.”

What is Ralphthon?
Regular hackathons: humans code all night. Ralphthon: AI codes all night, humans sleep.
Using Ralph Loop—Anthropic's long-running agent harness—Claude Code writes, tests, and fixes its own code. Participants' only job is to set up the AI well.
"Is there a place for humans?" — This hidden theme underlies Ralphthon.
